This Privacy Policy describes how NexusBlue LLC ("NexusBlue," "we," "us," or "our"), an Ohio limited liability company located at 80 Drew Ct., Springboro, OH 45066, collects, uses, and shares information in connection with BlueTalk by NexusBlue ("BlueTalk").

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, organization, and role.
  • Call and message content: phone numbers, call recordings and transcripts, and SMS/text message content sent or received through the platform.
  • Consent records: opt-in and opt-out status for SMS messaging (including the method, date, and campaign type of consent), so we can honor opt-out requests reliably.
  • Usage data: call and message metadata (timestamps, duration, direction, status) used for billing, quality review, and service operation.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the BlueTalk service on behalf of the Customer organization you interact with;
  • Record and transcribe calls and messages where the applicable Customer has enabled that feature, for quality assurance and training;
  • Honor SMS opt-in and opt-out requests and maintain accurate consent records;
  • Process billing and detect fraud or abuse; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Data

If you text a phone number associated with BlueTalk, or receive a text from a BlueTalk Customer's representative, the content of that message, your phone number, and your consent status (opted in, opted out, or pending) are stored to operate the messaging program and to honor your preferences. We do not sell SMS opt-in data or phone numbers collected through the messaging program to third parties, and we do not share this data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following categories of third-party providers to operate BlueTalk. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality obligations:

  • Telephony & messaging: Twilio, for placing/receiving calls and SMS, and for call/message recording infrastructure.
  • Cloud infrastructure & database: Supabase, for secure data storage.
  • Payments: Stripe, for subscription billing.
  • AI processing: third-party AI model providers, for call transcription, summarization, and AI-assisted responses where enabled by the Customer.

5. Data Retention

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and message content for as long as the applicable Customer's account is active, or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of their organization's data by contacting us at the address below.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. 7. Children's Privacy

BlueTalk is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through BlueTalk. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
